Just wanted to say HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE everyone's help, support and constant care over the years with Duke. My Duke passed away on my birthday March 13, 2006 after 17 1/2 wonderful years in my life. He had congestive Heart failure, a small bout of arthritis and respiratory problems..he hung on as long as he could and was so wonderful at going to the Vet, taking all the meds he took and tolerating his illness. He had lost his vision and hearing over the past two years but did so GREAT..he always slept with me every night and I was never far away during the day. He was my little guy..still is...It will be an enormous void in my life not having him here, but he is no longering suffering, he can breathe now and he's gone to a better place where he can run and play volleyball again..Thanks again to EVERYONE...it's just the best place with the warmest hearts....Everyone one of you have been in contact with Duke, sincerest appreciation to Dr. Jeff...for being with me, and to Dr. Logan for all he's done over the years..LOVE YOU ALL...
